Ferry High School.

Entry fee is $175 per team.  Please make your check payable to:

Checks should be mailed by January 15, 2014.  Checks will be
deposited 3 weeks before the event.

Cancellation Policy - If you must drop a team out of the
tournament, please do so by 
January 15.  After January 15th if a team drops out and we are
able to replace that team, 
we will return your check.  If you have reserved a team slot and
fail to pay or show for 
the event we will seek payment per OVR policies. 

Doors open at 8:00.  Coaches meeting @ 8:30
Play starts at 9:00 AM.

This is a 12 team tournament.  We will follow the OVR 12-team
tournament protocol. 

Awards given to the 2 teams playing in the Gold Playoff final.

There will be plenty of seating available - bring your own chair
if you wish
to do so.

There will be a concession stand with plenty of food available.

Per OVR policy -  No coolers in the building please. 

In the event Belmont County is in a level 3 snow emergency, or
the tournament must be cancelled for some reason, teams will be
sent their entry fee back.
