Directions

Sports Express is located on State Route 741 (Kings Mills Road) in Mason.

• Heading north on I-71 from Cincinnati, take Exit 25 (Kings Mills Road). Turn left off the exit and go 4 stop lights. (about 0.8 mile) Make a right into the Shoppes of Mason. Sports Express is located in the big grey building that sits behind Blockbuster Video.

• From I-75 heading south from Dayton, take the Monroe exit 29 (St. Rt. 63). Turn left off the exit and head east for 3 miles. Turn right on St Rt 741 and go south for 5.5 miles. You will come to a large intersection with Kroger's on your left. Make a left in front of Kroger's and then make another left at the first light. This is the entrance to the Shoppes of Mason. Drive straight back, Sports Express sits behind Blockbuster Video.

We have made the decision to make this a one day event.  The teams
will play on Saturday only.  There will not be any matches on
Sunday.

Entry fee is $350 US per team.  Please write your entry fee check
payable to:  OVR

Checks should be mailed by January 1, 2014.  Checks are not
deposited until the weekend of the event.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check
per event.

Non-OVR teams need to submit the following entry form with their

Doors open at 8:00 am each day.  Coaches' meeting is at 8:30 am
on
Saturday only.  Play begins at 9 am.

Assuming two 6 team pools, all teams should play 4 matches on
Saturday and at least 3 but as many as 4 on Sunday depending upon
how far into the elimination bracket you advance.

Outside food is not allowed into the facility.  Sports Express
will be hosting a concession stand for participants and
spectators.  Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates.
