Sports Express is located on State Route 741 (Kings Mills Road) in Mason.

• Heading north on I-71 from Cincinnati, take Exit 25 (Kings Mills Road). Turn left off the exit and go 4 stop lights. (about 0.8 mile) Make a right into the Shoppes of Mason. Sports Express is located in the big grey building that sits behind Blockbuster Video.

• From I-75 heading south from Dayton, take the Monroe exit 29 (St. Rt. 63). Turn left off the exit and head east for 3 miles. Turn right on St Rt 741 and go south for 5.5 miles. You will come to a large intersection with Kroger's on your left. Make a left in front of Kroger's and then make another left at the first light. This is the entrance to the Shoppes of Mason. Drive straight back, Sports Express sits behind Blockbuster Video.

Playoffs: All teams advance. All teams must be ranked within their pools based on match percentage first. For
any ties, use the tie-breaking procedure below. All first-place, second-place, and the top two third place
teams to the Gold playoffs. The remaining third-place and all fourth-place teams to the Silver
playoffs.
Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish to avoid teams from the
same pool playing each other in the first round. To avoid third-place teams playing a team from
their pool for the first tournament match, a tournament director can choose to switch best third place
and second-best third-place teams on the tournament bracket if both teams consent to the change.

Concessions: Full Menu available on-site. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the building.

Spectator Seating: Bleacher seating is available on each court.  Please DO NOT bring chairs. There is no room for them.

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winners and runners-up.

Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Warren County issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the Elevation/Sports Express website (www.sportsexpressvb.com). Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.
