• From the north:
  Take Route 98 one mile past the Route 20 intersection. Our campus is on the left.
• From the south:
  Take Route 98. One mile north of I-90 you will see a sign on the right for Fairview High School. Turn right onto McCray Road then immediately left onto our campus.
• From the west:
  Take I-90 east to the Fairview / Franklin Center exit #16. Turn left onto Route 98. One mile north of I-90 you will see a sign on the right for Fairview High School. Turn right onto McCray Road then immediately left onto our campus.
• From the east:
  Take I-90 west to the Fairview / Franklin Center exit #16. Turn right onto Route 98. One mile north of I-90 you will see a sign on the right for Fairview High School. Turn right onto McCray Road then immediately left onto our campus.

Teams may enter the tournament by sending an entry fee ($175),
team 11 digit ID#, and team contact name and address by January
15.

Thank you for your interest in our tournaments. Team rosters will
be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.
Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified. A coaches’
meeting at 8:30 AM at the playing site will take place prior to
the start of the tournament. The tournament starts at 9:00 A.M.
sharp. Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring.
Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum
two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed,
will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no
scoring cap.) All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes
shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Serve Receiving
team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve,
usually at one minute. Balls will not be provided for warm ups.

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool
play. 
Teams 1-8 (pool play winners, 2nd place teams and the top two
third place teams) go to the gold playoffs and teams 9-12 (the
last place third place team and fourth place teams) go to the
silver playoffs. The lowest seeded team in each division not
playing the first round of the playoffs will officiate the first
playoff match. Tournament play will be the best of three sets.
After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before
leaving, must stay and officiate the next match.  Awards will be
provided for the first and second place team in the Gold bracket.
Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside
facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or
cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents
are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. 
Seating for spectators will NOT be provided in the gymnasium so
please bring chairs if desired. Only those teams currently playing
in a match are permitted on the gymnasium floor. 
Tournament checks will be deposited January 15, 2012. 
Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations- a team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling
prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if
a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to
enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.
