• From the east

  • I-70 west to I-675 South.
  • Take I-675 South to Rt-725 (Miamisburg/Centerville), Exit 2. o Turn left at stop light at the top of the exit on Yankee Street.
  • Take Yankee St. to Austin Pike (Yankee Trace Golf Club will be on the left) and turn right.
  • Proceed approx. 500 yards and turn left on Success Lane.

  • I-70 East to I-75 South to I-675 North.

Court Assignments & Layout: Pool 1 will play on Court #1 (closest to the gym entrance), Pool 2 will play on Court #2 (the middle court closest to the gym entrance), Pool 3 will play on Court #3 (the middle court furthest from the gym entrance), Pool 4 will play on Court #4 (the furthest court from the gym entrance).

Team Camps: Teams have been assigned the "locker rooms" indicated below for use as "team camp" areas. The locker rooms are located around the perimeter of the gym; each locker room will be labeled with the assigned team and there will be a "map" located in the lobby area, designating locker room assignments & locations.

Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place teams to Silver playoffs. All fourth-place teams advance to Bronze playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish.

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winners & runners-up.

Concessions: Available on-site. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the building.

Spectator Seating: Bleacher seating is available on each court and limited floor space is available for outside chairs. Please note that chairs are NOT permitted on the sport court surface.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Montgomery or Warren County (in Ohio) issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the AiR CiTY CHiCKS website (www.aircitychicks.com). Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.

Registration Requirements: Send 11-character team code, entry fee & coach's contact info (email & cell phone) BY JANUARY 15, 2012

Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.
