If the teams feels that they will like to get out of the tournament due the this process they may do without any penalty (will get registration money back) until teams go down to the amount of teams allowed. This tournament is unique in that it uses 6 team pools ensuring that you never play the same team twice. To that end, we can only run the tournament with 6 team pools so teams in the last pool are not confirmed in until that pool is filled completely. Awards will be given to the winner of the gold and runnerup of gold, winner of the silver and winner of the bronze divisions Concession will be available. The tournament will only be canelled if there is a level 3 snow emergency in Franklin County, Ohio. Should you have any questons, please contact Howard Garcia at 937-879-4597 or at astolfo21@aol.com.
