Friday, April 1st
4:30 - 5:30 pm: 16 and 18 Regional teams check-in and pickup tournament packets
5:30 pm: Coaches meeting for 16 and 18 Regional teams
6 pm - midnight: 18 and 16 Regional play first round pool matches

Saturday, April 2nd
6:45 - 7:30 am: 14 and 15 Regional teams check-in and pickup tournament packets
7:30 am: Coaches meeting for 14 and 15 Regional teams
8 am - 2 pm: 15 and 14 Regional play first round pool matches
2 pm - 5 pm: 15 and 14 Regional play first three matches of second round pools
5 pm - 11 pm: 18 and 16 Regional play second round pools

Sunday, April 3rd
8 am - 11 am: 15 and 14 Regional finish last three matches of second round pools
11 am - 1 pm: 15 and 14 Regional play quarterfinal matches
1 pm - 2 pm: 15 and 14 Regional play semifinal matches
2 pm - 4 pm:
18 and 16 Regionals play quarterfinal matches
14 and 15 Regionals play final matches
4 pm - 5 pm: 18 and 16 Regional play semifinal matches
5 pm - 6 pm: 18 and 16 Regional play final matches


All times are tentative and are subject to matches preceding them being on time.

Assuming that there are 24 teams entered, we will use the Regional Challenge Tournament format.

Awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place finishers in Gold, Silver, and Bronze playoffs.

No outside food is allowed in the facility.

A concession will be available for participants and spectators.
Coolers must be left in your vehicles.

If the tournament is canceled for any reason we will follow the OVR cancelation policy.
