If your club is interested in growing their business within the
community and surrounding area, consider starting boys volleyball at a
young age. We have seen tremendous opportunities to grow boys at the
7th/8th grade level, by starting teams at the 12U level (6th grade) and
even younger. Many "boys clubs" run co-ed youth camps/clinics. This
grassroots effort is done by leveraging your girls volleyball
players(most of whom have brothers), as well as through the community
and your social media accounts. Starting is easy to do and low cost if
you schedule your facility well.

Boys volleyball season is as follows: Sept 1 is first tryout date for
teams. Training and development in Oct/Nov. The first major tournament
for the boys is in the middle of December at the convention center, the
Boys Holiday Tournament. Then bids/qualifiers are in Jan/Feb. Boys
usually finish up around Presidents Day weekend in time for boys high
school to begin the first week of March.

If you have any other questions, please reach out to me.

An exciting day for Boys Volleyball and many opportunities for their
future in this life long sport!
