Make sure your roster/certifications are complete, using link on that page.

If you need to add a player or coach temporarily for this tournament,
print out the Roster for Tournament Check-In and write the additions and
submit to Tournament Director / Site Director when you arrive at the tournament.

Specific tournament details may be distributed
at the tournament, if the Tournament Director feels that it is necessary.

Tournament team registration Checks need to be received by December 11th, 2023 but will not be cashed until January 2nd (you can post-date them if desired).  OPVC reserves the right to move teams to the waiting list if entry fees are not received by 12/11/23.

Team rosters: Will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.

  

Doors open:     7:25am and not any earlier
Coaches/Officials meeting: We will not have a coaches meeting before tournament begins.  An email with detailed information will be mailed to all coaches/directors prior to the tournament. 


Play begins: 8:15am

Tournament bracket will be set and begin immediately following pool play.
1st and 2nd place teams in Gold will receive awards.

 

FACILITY INFORMATION:

Seating is provided. Spectators can be chairs but only in very limited areas in our facility. There is absolutely no camping on any of the courts. Players need to keep their personal items with them. Coolers not permitted in building but may be left outside. No outside food/drinks is allowed in our facility. RGSA facility has a full menu concession area including healthy choices. Pizza will be delivered and served during lunch time. 

 

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations- a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior
to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.  A team canceling does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found.  A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.
