Registration Requirements:  Send 11-character team code, entry fee & coach’s contact info (email & cell phone) by JANUARY 15, 2020.

Cancellation Policy:  A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A tea cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee IF a replacement is found.  Expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.  If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team’s club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

COACHES MEETING: 8:00 AM (EST)

TOURNAMENT START TIME 8:30 AM (EST)

SEATING:  We will have some bleacher seating.  Please feel free to bring chairs for seating as well. ABSOLUTELY NO CHAIRS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE WOOD FLOORS!

PLAY OFFS: All teams advance.  All first & second place teams advance to Gold playoffs.  All third & fourth place teams advance to Silver playoffs.  Awards will be presented to the first & second place finishers in Gold.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS/DELAYS:  If Montgomery County (Ohio) issues a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled.  If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on our websites. All club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be notified by phone.  Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation

Facility:  Our facility is very large and difficult to heat.  We are in the process of fixing that problem.  But, please plan accordingly.  What is comfortable for the athlete may not be comfortable for a spectalor that is sitting all day.
