Registration Requirements: Register online using the "Register Teams" link on the Tournament Details page. Send team code with entry fee BY DECEMBER 15, 2023.
Thank you for your interest in our tournament! Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.
Please make sure your coach is IMPACT, SafeSport and Concussion certified. Coaches who do not have completed certifications will not be permitted to coach per OVR rules.
TOURNAMENT ENTRY AGREEMENT & IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. We will hold all entry fees for deposit until January 1, 2024. Feel free to post-date your check and get it in the mail anytime to hold your spot. Teams who are not paid (checks received) by December 15th may be moved to the waiting list if we have teams waiting to get in.
2. Any cancellations made fter December 15th will result in entry fee forfeiture, unless a replacement team payin the full entry fee is found to replace you.

SPECTATOR ENTRY FEE: $2.00
CONCESSIONS: We do have a concession on site. NO outside food is permitted in our facility. Please keep all coolers in your cars. Coolers (including soft sided) are prohibited at OVR sanctioned events.
SEATING: We do have some bleacher seating. Camp chairs are welcome but, are not permitted on the courts..
WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS/DELAYS: If Montogomery County issues a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. A notice will be displayed on the OVR Junior Tournament list. Club Directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted by phone or email as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned.
