We will be using AES rosters only.  Make sure your AES rosters are correct before you do the AES Check In.  Players and coaches not on your AES Bid Tournament roster will NOT be allowed to participate or even sit on the bench.

Spectators should not bring chairs.  Bleachers are provided.

We now have two National Bids to award.  2/26/2024

When you earn a Bid, you will be required to sign an Acceptance Form.  Please review this document proir to attending the Bid Tournament.  Pay attention to the penalty section if you first Accept a Bid and then later Decline the Bid. 

This event will be a single day event on Saturday, April 13th.  There aren't enough teams or Bids to warrant a two day event. 

There will be a $10 cash only at the door spectator fee for any non-coach 19 or older.

Please send a separate check for each OVR tournament that you have teams entered into.  Not a separate check per team, just per event.

USAV requires that a rostered adult must be the R2 for all age divisions at National Qualifying events such as this event.

Accepting or Declining a National Bid: A team may immediately decline a National Bid with no penalty once they have earned it. The National Bid will then trickle down to the next eligible team.

Checks should be mailed by January 15, 2024.  If you are entering teams in multiple events, you need to send a separate check per event.

Registration for teams will remain open until February 29th. At that time I will not accept any more registrations unless there is space.

This tournament is restricted to Ohio Valley Region teams only. This is a special tournament for OVR 11 National teams. The top two finishers earn a spot in the National Division of the Girls Junior National Championships in Dallas, June 21-24. 

This 11s Bid Tournament is only open to teams serious about playing in the USAV Girls JNC. Do not enter this tournament if you are not willing to participate in the USAV Girls JNC. If you earn a spot in the JNC and do not participate, your club may not be allowed to participate in qualifying tournaments the next season.

Grade-level teams are not allowed into this event. Your team must be age appropriate for the division you enter.

There is a State of Ohio law that requires all coaches and administrators of juniors sports teams to have concussion certifications. Here is a link to the NFHS course in Concussion in Sports

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for updates.

Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events.
