Park in the BACK of Greenville Middle School.  The front doors of the school will remain locked. 

Team camps permitted in the commons only; no camping in bleachers or halls.   Please be courteous and throw trash away in cans provided.

 All seating for spectators will be limited to the bleacher areas.

·       Chairs are not permitted.

Teams need to bring their own volleyballs.

A full concession will be provided at the tournament site. 

No outside food will be permitted in the playing facility.  Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers (including soft-sided) are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events.  Cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents is PROHIBITED at OVR-sanctioned events.  Tournament directors and site managers do not have the discretion to grant permission.

Please make sure your coach is IMPACT, Safesport, and Concussion certified.  Coaches who have not completed certifications will not be allowed to coach per OVR Rules.

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring.

We will be operating a 12-team tournament. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap). The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap). 

All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Receiving team.  Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one minute.

Awards will be given to Gold Division Winners and Runners-up.

If a club does not comply amicably with a tournament director's or site director's request, an Incident Report will be sent to Bob Price, OVR Commissioner, resulting in up to a $250 fine and a team/club suspension.

Team/Tournament cancellation:  A team canceling after entry will forfeit its entry fee unless another team is added. 

If for any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned.
