Spectators and Participants:

 

We have received clearance for 2 spectators per athlete for this event. Spectators MUST REGISTER AND PURCHASE THEIR TICKET IN ADVANCE. Spectator registrations will be printed at 9pm Friday before the tournament. Any registrations received after that time will not be allowed entry. Spectators will receive a wristband at entry and be marked off by registration. There is no switching during the day.

Spectators and Participants:

At this time, the Medina County Health Department and Cloverleaf School District have not set a spectator limit for this event. Please check back 2 weeks before the event.

 

All athletes, coaches and spectators will need to check in upon arrival. If spectators are allowed then online registration will be required prior to the tournament for spectator entry. Should you have any High-Risk Factors such as Auto immune Diseases, Diabetes, etc., we ask that you not attend for your health well-being.

 

All participants should do a health self-assessment and not attend or participate if ANY SYMPTOMS of COVID19 are present:

If you have had close contact with anyone testing positive for COVID-19, please adhere to the recommended State and local guidelines for quarantine.

 

 The tournament starts promptly at 8:00 A.M. sharp. Please check www.OVR.org Website for Pools & Officiating Responsibilities. Teams must bring their own warm-up balls and carts if desired.

 

Social distancing and face coverings are REQUIRED by all. Players and coaches are required to wear face coverings on the sidelines during matches.

 

Subway sandwiches, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. Teams leaving a camp area littered or failing to perform their officiating duties will be reported to the OVR for possible sanctions. Each team will clean up the sidelines after their match. We ask our teams and family members to cooperate with the Recreation Center staff when disinfecting the venue between matches.

 

Team/Tournament Cancellation:

A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found at cost or discounted price. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee in its entirety.

 

REQUIRED TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION: All team entry fees, in FULL, are required to be returned in a timely manner.

 

When a TEAM must withdraw from an event due to required quarantine/cancellation, the following policy will be enforced. As tournament hosts, we will make every effort to replace the team withdrawing and refund of entry fee will be made possible. A PARTIAL REFUND may result from this effort. As Tournament Directors, if needed we will offer a “reduced entry fee proposal” to entice a late entry. The difference in cost must be returned to the withdrawn team.

 

When a TEAM must withdraw from an event due to inclimate weather or unforeseen complications, i.e., power outage, safety situation, etc.: If Stark County is under a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be canceled. For any reason, the tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list. Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned within a timely manner after a cancellation.

3.3 Admission Fees
The OVR will permit tournament directors to charge an admission fee. The
maximum admission fee for a regular season tournament is $5 for any
individual 19 years or older. Tournaments held in large arenas or
convention centers may have higher admission fees and requirements.
