Thank you for your interest in our tournament! Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.  

Doors Open: 7:30 am
Coaches' Meeting: 8:00 am

Tournament Start Time: 8:30 am

Spectator Entry Fee-$5

Just a few guidelines to go over with your teams.

1) Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed. All violators will be asked to leave, and the club will be reported. A concession stand with healthy options will be available all day.

2) You will need your own volleyballs for warm-ups.

3) Camping can take place in the hallway between the ROAC and the mini gym.

4) There is bleacher seating in both gyms, so no chairs are needed. If you have someone that needs special seating, please let us know and we will place one where is it is fire code permissible.

Inclement Weather: In the event on inclement weather, we will follow OVR’s cancellation guidelines and coaches and directors will be notified via email and phone call.

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring.  Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap). 

The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap).
