*Admission:  $5 (19yr and older) CASH ONLY
*One head coach and one assistant will be granted free entry per team.
*Camping area will be designated
*Teams are responsible for bringing their own balls and whistles.

*Parents are allowed to bring in their personal chairs to view their daughter playing

*Chairs should be removed after each match to allow other parents to view their own daughters playing.

 This is a Spirit volleyball club courtesy rule 

Coolers and food:  There is an on-site concession stand available for food and beverages–No outside food allowed. Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers (including soft sided) are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events Tournament directors do not have the discretion to grant permission. 

If a club does not comply amicably with a tournament director's or site director's request, an Incident Report will be sent to Brian Hofman, OVR Commissioner, resulting in up to a $250 fine and a team/club suspension.

*Doors open at 7:30 am

Players and coaches should use the designated door on the right (to sign in)

Parents and friends should use the main entry door on the left ($5 entry fee)

Please remember to be on time, you and your team, for your work responsibilities

*All teams will advance to playoffs. 

Pool Play:

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring.

Non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no cap.)

The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a two point advantage (no cap.)

All warm-ups will use 2-4-4 format;

2 minutes shared court, 4- minutes Serving Team, 4- minutes, receiving team.

Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one time. 

 Cancellations:
If the tournament is canceled, club directors, coaches, and officials will be contacted (email) as soon as possible. Tournament cancellations will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list, and entry fees will be returned ASAP.
