Tournament Information
Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations- a team canceling after the entry deadline will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.
Admission is $5 for each spectator 18 years and older. CASH PAYMENT ONLY.
Pool play and finals bracket is based on OVR assigned formats. First and second place winners from the gold bracket will receive medals.
The facility doors open at 7:00 AM. There is a mandatory coaches meeting at 7:30 AM on court 1. Officials are required to be present. The tournament starts at 8:00 A.M. sharp.
Team camping assignments will be posted in the lobby entrance. Teams will be camping upstairs around the track area.
NO COOLERS ALLOWED in the facility per OVR rules. Keep all coolers in cars. A Concession Stand with a variety of hot/cold foods is available at the tournament site from 7:30-3:30. Individual portions are allowed in a player's bag.
Some bleacher seating is available. Chairs are allowed to be placed in designated areas.
If Huron County is under a level 3 snow emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. For any other reason the tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament List. Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted via email as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned.
