Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry deadline,
14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.
A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its
full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses
incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee
refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and
receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee,
the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Tournament Format: This tournament features TWO ROUNDS of POOLPLAY followed by Gold, Silver, Bronze & Copper Playoff Brackets.Saturday play will consist of all six matches in the first roundof pool play and the FIRST TWO matches of the second round of poolplay. Sunday play will consist of the remainder of the secondround of pool play and the play-off brackets. Teams will bere-seeded for the second round of pool play based on their finishin the first round.
Concessions: Many great options are available on-site. Outsidefood and/or coolers are not permitted in the building.
Spectator Seating: Bleacher seating is available on each court andlimited floor space is available for outside chairs. Please note that chairs are NOT permitted on the sport court surface.

Playoffs: The first and second place teams from Pools AA and BB
will advance to GOLD Bracket. The third and fourth place teams
from Pools AA and BB will advance to the SILVER Bracket. The first
and second place teams from Pools CC and DD will advance to the
BRONZE Bracket. The third and fourth place teams from Pools CC and
DD will advance to the COPPER Bracket.
Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winner & runner-up.
Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Clark or Champaign Countyissue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. Ifthe tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on theGame Time Sports Center website (gametimesportscenter.biz). Clubcoaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted byphone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.
Note: OVR rankings appearing in the following listings are intended only as a helpful tool for tournament directors. They are subject to frequent change, including after the pools are set, and other factors may also be considered when determining pools and order of play.
