  • Everyone should do a self health assessment and not participate if ANY symptoms of COVID-19 exist (Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea).

  • If you have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, please adhere to recommended guidelines for quarantining.

  • All entering will be required to sanitize their hands upon entering the facility. Sanitizer will be provided.

  • All will enter the building through the cafeteria (door 4) and exit by the ticket office (door 8).

  • Limited to 1 spectator per player/coach. Please check in together at the desk.

  • If you have a high risk factor please do not attend.

  • No other spectators permitted.

  • Spectators must sit on a seat marked with a green sticker that reads “Please Sit Here” and must not sit in rows marked closed. Sections of bleachers will be marked for each team.

  • Spectators must exit the gymnasium immediately following the tournament.

  • Spectators must sit in their designated area and all spectators must be in a seat. Standing along walls will not be permitted. 

  • Social distancing should be maintained both inside the building & outside the building,

  • Doors will be locked during the tournament. 

  • Spectators MUST wear a mask at all times inside the school.  You will be asked to leave if not.  No warnings will be given.



  • Players & coaches MUST wear face coverings upon entering/exiting the building and in bench areas.  They do not have to be worn while on the court, per current ODH health order on sports.

  • Players and Coaches should be socially distant as much as possible while on the bench.

  • Masks are permissible during play but not required for players during the game. 


  • Please keep contact to a minimum-no high fives, handshakes or lineups after the game.

  • Players & Coaches will be asked to sanitize their hands before and after all games. Sanitizer will be available at the scorers table or coaches can bring their own.

  • Each team will be required to supply their own electronic whistle, as well as pens and pencils.



  • Officials MUST wear masks upon entering/exiting the building.

  • Officials will have a designated area separate from spectators, coaches and teams. 

  • Officials will be asked to sanitize their hands before and after all games. Sanitizer will be available at the scorers table or officials can bring their own.



  • All teams must bring their own warm-up balls, these will not be provided. 

  • Game balls will be sanitized after each game, and as needed throughout the day.



  • All staff will be in face coverings and be on site for sanitizing throughout the day.

  • Staff will assist in directing spectators in and out of the building.




  • A limited concession stand will be available with prepackaged food/snacks/drinks.  Players will be permitted to bring food in as long as it fits in their bags.  No coolers will be allowed.

  • Every court incl. bleachers, team benches will be sanitized before the start of each day’s games.

  • Please make sure to clean bench areas/scorers table area after each match.

Entry fee for each tournament is $225.  There is no entry fee for spectators.  Doors will open at 7:00am.  Coaches Meeting at 7:30am in the Main Gym.  Tournament will start at 8:00am.  No warm-ups in the Main Gym until after the Coaches Meeting.  Please make entry fee checks out to Chuck Musselman and mail to the address below.

If a tournament is cancelled due to Covid-19 all team entry fees will be returned in full.
If a team withdraws due to required Covid-19 (Quarantine/Cancellation) no refund will be given, but every effort will be made to replace the team withdrawing with a possible refund/partial refund of entry fees if a team is found.
