Coaches, Directors, and Parents,

Pools have been posted for Saturday April 13th 10U event on OVR.  Please note that if a coach or assistant coach is listed as having not completed Safe Sport or concussion, they will not be able to participate on the sidelines unless they provide a copy of their certificates of completion to the tournament director at the coaches meeting or emails them to cevbclub@gmail.com.

Please remind parents that they ARE NOT TO BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD AT ANY POINT DURING THE EVENT, whether it is for themselves or their athlete.  Athletes are allowed to pack a lunch/snack bag, but please be respectful of the OVR policy and our facility by eating any outside purchased food in your cars and not in the stands.

harassment, discrimination, abuse, or misconduct. By entering this

event, all coaches, parents and all other individuals associated with

your team agree to abide by the standards of behavior as stated in the

USA Volleyball Event Code of Conduct."

Doors will open at 7:30 for all players, coaches, and spectators.  A Coaches meeting will be at 8:00 at the concessions area in front of the courts.  Please plan to attend even if your team does not have to play or ref in that first round of pool play.  Pool play will begin as soon as warm-ups are completed following the coaches meeting. Pool play will begin as soon as warm-ups are completed following the coaches meeting.  A court map is posted in the concession area as well.  Pools sheets and bracket sheets will be posted on the wall next to the restrooms and will be updated as quickly as possible. Camp space is available surrounding the courts as long as they are not in the playable areas. This space is for ATHLETES ONLY and not for parent chairs.  Please remind the athletes to keep all valuables INSIDE their backpacks or not even bring them as we (Elite Athletics and Cincy East Volleyball)  cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you have not yet checked in online, please do so.  Any changes to roster can still be made the morning of the event.  We still request signatures upon arrival or at coaches meeting if changes in roster are made or if you are an out of region (non-OVR) team.

Lastly, outside chairs with rubber footed legs are permitted in designated areas as long as they are not blocking walk ways.  Please DO NOT place chairs at the intersection of the four wood courts to enable traffic to flow and emergency exiting possible.
