Thank you for considering Elite Sports for your 2024 Tournament Schedule. We are headed into our 18th season, and pride ourselves on running top quality events, with ample staffing, a quality restaurant, gift shop and professional services.   Here are some details about this tournament and please don’t hesitate if there is a question our staff can answer for you.

This is going to be a standard 12 team OVR tournament will the following changes possible.

Thanks to a grant from our parent company Elite Sports Ltd.  We will be offering the tournaments this year at a reduced rate to better help you manage rising club expenses.

Checks for each entry should be Received Prior to January 5^th 2024 or special arrangements can be made. Make sure you enter online with your team code.  When sending in payment, make sure your paperwork includes your team code and best contact information. You are welcome to call in with a credit card for payment, this service is $6.00 per entry to cover credit card fee.

Prizes will be awarded to the Gold Winner and Gold Runner up.  The Winner will receive a Champion Shirt and the runner up a 2nd place shirt.

Doors will open for ticketed spectators only at 7:15 Coaches Meeting will be at 7:35 Doors will open at 7:45 am to purchase tickets for the day Play begins promptly at 8:00 am

We utilize Hometown Ticketing and information will be available on our website box office https://www.elitesportsohio.com/page/show/6953188-box-office and through a direct link that will be sent to coaches the week of the event. Tickets for Fans 6 and up will sell for $8.00 each. Children under the age of 6 and players holding a OVR registration of any age, admitted for free.

Players will be permitted in with one bag each. There are shelves to keep your bags stored while you are on court. There is no camping. All items left unattended off shelves, will be disposed of. This includes items left at the conclusion of the tournament. Spectators are limited to a purse only, no large bags or totes and no chairs. Bleacher seats are permitted, as long as they remain with you during the day.

Outside Food is NOT to be brought into the facility. Drinks and bagged snacks are permitted at this time. There is a State Licensed Restaurant on site that serves great quality, healthy food options, and a concession stand that remains open the duration of the event.

Everyone is expected to adhere to posted guidelines. Guidelines are for the health, safety and so everyone has an enjoyable day. We strive to keep our facility clean and safe and have expectation that as a guest you will respect our policies, so you can enjoy a fun, full day watching your athlete. ______________________________________________________________________

Coaches: We provide Balls and Carts. Do not bring yours. On Wednesday prior to the event, you will receive an email with more tournament details. Please share this with all your parents. Please make sure someone from your team is versed in how to keep the book. We will certify but we will not teach book. Make sure all your certifications are up to date and your roster is checked prior to the meeting. We want to insure an on time start and if you do not have your certifications you cannot coach, per OVR guidelines.

Guests: There is a team gift shop inside the facility that sells volleyball novelties to necessities. We offer Custom Tournament Shirts with each roster on the back. These are in limited supply for each tournament. Stop in early to purchase your size and style.
