If you need to add a player or coach temporarily for this tournament,
print out the Roster for Tournament Check-In and write the additions and
submit to Tournament Director / Site Director when you arrive at the tournament.

at the tournament, if the Tournament Director feels that it is necessary.

Tournament Information

Per OVR Guidelines, pools will be created on the Weds prior to event date to allow for inclusion of any results from previous weekend’s events.

FORMAT

Coaches - please verify your rosters via the online check in feature.

18R Format - 16 Team tournament

11U Format - 14 Teams tournament

Playoffs will begin immediately following final pool play standings.

Door opens at 7:30am. There will be a mandatory coach meeting at 8:00am behind Court #3 bleachers.

Play starts at 8:30am.

ADMISSION

Admission into the facility will be $10 to any individual 19 years or older.

All court entrances are located in the back of the facility.

After entering go to the right all the way around the inline rink.

Courts 1A, 1B and 2 thru 6 are located through the double doors to the right of the restrooms. Court #8 can be entered to the left of the restrooms through Court 9 gate.

No chairs on wood surfaces or courts 7-9 area (bleachers only for court #8).

All courts have bleachers.

No food or drink in court 7-9 area except players/coaches – clear liquid with lids (no colored sports drink, soda/coffee etc).

Camping upstairs level - stairs are located in back area behind inline courts

No outside food or drink.

Concessions on site – credit only.
