OVR Clubs and Parents:

The OVR needs to accurately account for the number of rooms nights utilized by your clubs and teams. This will enable us to sign contracts with the Greater Columbus Convention Center further into the future. Currently we can only sign a contract one year into the future. This has caused us to be bumped from some of our prefered weekends by other events. In particular the 2019 Girls WinterFest had to be pushed back a weekend. This in turn pushed back the OVR 18s Qualifier.

We ask your assistance in this venture by reserving rooms from the contracted hotels listed below. The OVR does not receive any rebate on your reservation. Each hotel has assured us that the price quoted below is lowest they will offer for this weekend.

Ohio Valley Region Volleyball has negotiated special rates for this competition with the below hotel partners. Please note cut-off dates for reservations. Use the reservation links provided to make a reservation on line. If calling to make a reservation, please mention you are with Ohio Valley Region Volleyball to receive the negotiated rate.
