1. "Timing of announcements for juniors' events online. I feel as though multi region events and multi day events that involve hotels should be announced first before one day events regardless of what month they fall in."

2. "Admission charge at the door for junior events even if we need a cap on the admission charge. Most other regions and all regions surrounding us charge admission at the door for facilities. The average going rate is $5.00 per adult and $3.00 per student. I would like to introduce this for this region so that we stay afloat in this economy with facilities. I did some research on this and can present my research from other regions."

3. "I would like to talk about a junior advisory board again. I know we had one at one time, but I would like to see if we could put this into place again with meetings each year. We could then talk about more junior issues with directors and coaches and then present them to the BOD at the meetings. I would like to see if this person could serve in an officer role instead of a BOD role."

5. "Not allowing teams outside the OVR to participate in OVR regional challenges. Since OVR teams are seeded, how fair (unfair) is it to OVR teams to have teams who cannot be seeded by our seeding system to play in these regional challenges and affect team seedings for regionals."

7. "Tournament sites saying no coolers but then not offering a concession stand or having a concession stand for only a few hours in the morning. If they are not having food then our players need to bring food in."

8. "No electronic devices at the score table or while you are line judging...This may be a rule but nobody is following it so we need to enforce it as a whole."

9. "No high school aged player should have to play Regionals on a Saturday. There are to many other school things going on for our freshman through seniors, like softball games, prom, etc. and every year we have to scramble for players because we do not have enough to play on Saturdays."
