The purpose of the Club Directors' meeting is to discuss concerns that have been brought to the attention of the Ohio Valley Region Directors and staff and suggest solutions to be presented to the OVR Board of Directors meeting August 14-16.

   1. Next course will be held at Westerville South H.S. on December 5, 2009.(?)
   2. New online version offered for $85, which includes the opportunity to attend the December meeting at no additional cost.
2. IMPACT/High Performance (Don Burroughs)
   1. ASEP also offers many coaching books that the region can help our coaches purchase at reduced costs. Is it something we should pursue?
3. Junior Advisory Board (Gretchen Neibling)

Rules of the meeting

• Raise hands to be acknowledged by the moderator.
• First time a person speaks to the group, they are to state their name and club affiliation.
• Don't interrupt another person while they are speaking except to ask for clarification.
• Be concise. Do not repeat what others have said. Brevity is good.
• Speak your own opinion, rather than throwing out blanket statements.
• Be respectful and polite. Varying points of view are welcomed and honored.
• Cell phones on mute or vibrate mode.

• Agenda review. Suggest any changes to the agenda.
• Time allotted to each topic to be decided by the group.
• Discussion and solutions presented for each topic.
• Adjournment
