Loveland, OH 45140 Phone: 513-239-8095 Web page: http://www.grandsandsvolleyball.com/ Check-in: 8am-8:30am Make sure to "show" your Current USA Membership ID at Check-in Those who have not sent their entry fee will need to pay Players/Coaches Meeting: 8:45am Tournament Start: 9am OUTSIDE FOOD OR COOLERS ARE "NOT" PERMITTED per OVR Rules Format: Round Robin Pool Play Top 3 from Each Pool advance to Gold Playoff Bracket Bottom 1-2 Teams Advance to Consolation Games/Bracket 2-3 Pools will be playing INDOOR at Grandsands (TBA at Check-in) Top 2 OVR Teams in Gold get HP Zonal Bid Top 3 Teams in Gold get USA/JBT Nationals Bid Rain Policy We will play thru light/tolerable rain We will delay play during lightning/thunder..resuming 15 min after "last" sight of Lightning ALL PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE WHISTLES FOR OFFICIATING DUTIES Uniform Policy Basis of Uniform Policy is to have the Teams look like "TEAMS"...not 2 individuals playing together. Must Display #1 or #2 on Body or Uniform Girls: NO Bathing suits or Bikinis...Shorts/Spandex bottoms and Full Coverage Sports Bra or T/Tank Top is suggested Boys: Topless is NOT permitted...Shorts and T/Tank top is suggested Girls...You are permitted to wear bikinis and bathing suits in between games/matches...but whenever you step on the sand to play,warm-up, or officiate you are to be in compliance with Uniform rules. Uniforms are to be Matching OVR Definition of matching: Top and Bottom Colors are to be the same or "very" similar.
