To register email Ken Majka at kenmajka9@gmail.com. I will need the name, age, birthdate and USAV number for the entrants. Please include a contact number for a parent as well. If you have club affiliation please let me know that as well. Mail Entry fee to: Ken Majka 2464 4th St Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221 (330)256-5547 check in will start at 8:00 AM at the beach....look for us on the west side of the bathhouse. we will be using the courts at the far west side of the beach. Tournament will start at 9:00...hopefully wrapping up around 3:00. Lakeview Beach is family friendly. They have grills available in the park, a snack bar, bathrooms and showers, pet friendly(no animals on beach), and life guards on duty. We will have no restrictions on food and/or beverages. Bring whatever you need. Alcohol is prohibited by the Park Department.
