Divisions are based on USAV age requirements. (Note; divisions may be combined if fewer than 4 teams per division are registered) Entry fee is $60 per team. Saturday 7/1 All Divisions - 10:00AM Start Check in Time – 9:00am – 9:45am Players meeting – 9:45am Parents meeting – 9:55am Official warm up time starts at 9:55am Play starts at 10:10am SHARP! Format: OVR Beach tournament Format. Pool play followed by Single Elimination Playoffs. Divisions may be combined, and divisions may be split into Gold and Silver Playoffs. 2 minute warm up before each match.(You will be guaranteed at least 4 sets) Pools and points played will be determined by the number of teams entered into each pool. Rules: Molten Beach Volleyball will be used and Game Balls will be provided. We will use all of USA Volleyball’s Beach volleyball rules; 1 (60 sec) time out allowed per team; contact with any part of the net is a net violation; A block counts as 1 of your team’s 3 contacts; After a simultaneous joust, 3 more contacts are allowed; No open hand tips, no open hand serve receive; Please promote clean handsets, and call hands tight. Facility Rules – Forest View Beach Volleyball - 2345 W. Dean Rd. Temperance MI 48182 No coolers allowed. No outside food is allowed into the facility. Player’s personal hydration drink of up to 48oz will be allowed in the facility. Forest View is a multi sport facility. They have a full menu with both comfort and healthy food options. Please dress for weather, and we encourage partners to match!
