Acceptance 
Teams will be fully accepted once paid. Payment needs postmarked no later than 2/15/2021. Entries will no longer be saved after 1/15 if payment hasn't been received.

Format
4 team pool play, followed by bracket play - at least 4 matches. Matches will begin at 8:00am, and run on a rolling schedule. Doors will open at 7:00am. Coaches' meeting will be at 7:30am at the registration desk.

Match 2 2 vs. 4 (1 officiates)
Match 3 1 vs. 4 (3 officiates)
Match 4 2 vs. 3 (1 officiates)
Match 5 3 vs. 4 (2 officiates)
Match 6 1 vs. 2 (4 officiates)

Arrival, Check in, and Coaches’ Meeting

Teams will check in as one team – all staff members (max. 3 rostered adults), and players (max 12 players).

There will be NO coaches’ meeting. Coaches will check in with their teams, sign their rosters, and report to their courts with a Coach’s packet of information communicating what would be in the meeting if there was one.

Check in Times:

Team check in for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd seeds will be at 7am.
Spectators for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd seeds can enter at 7:30am.

Team check in for the 4^th team in the pool will be at 8am.
Spectators for the 4^th team in the pool can enter at 8:30am.

You will enter ONLY from the FieldhouseUSA parking lot.
The mall entrance into FieldhouseUSA will be closed!

Seating:

Seating is provided – no outside chairs are allowed
There will be no team camping area at this time to maintain social distancing.
NO food or drink (except water) is permitted on the hardwood or bleachers.
There are seats available off the courts for eating or drinking.

Concessions & Water:

Our concessions is currently closed; however, we do have vending machines for drinks.  Players can bring in small lunch boxes; however, NO coolers or lunch set ups, no outside food delivery. You are welcome to go to the food court or restaurants in the area but must eat there or in the parking lot.

Covid Protocols:

Each player and staff member will sign a waiver:  https://mintonettesports.com/covidwaiver
Each coach will turn in a team waiver stating that all individuals have filled out the online waiver.  Without a waiver, the player or coach cannot participate.
Social distancing needs to be observed, as well as mask wearing.
Mask must be worn except when actively eating or playing on the court.
If you are displaying any Covid-like symptoms you are to stay home.

Tickets:
Each player will receive ONLY 1 ticket for a spectator. This is not negotiable.
A spectator is anyone 2 years old or older.
An infant does not count as a spectator, and does not need a ticket; however, must be a lap child.
A sibling would be considered a spectator, need a ticket, and count towards the 1 spectator limit.
Chaperones (or covid coordinators) must be rostered and count toward the 3 staff members.
Each team will only get 1 Chaperone on the roster (covid coordinator).
The 1 rostered Chaperone (covid coordinator) will NOT need to purchase a ticket.
Tickets are $5 (excluding fees) and must be purchased online prior to arriving.
NO tickets will be sold at the venue.
Tickets must be carried in, scanned, and approved before entering.
Each team will receive a ticket link and code in order to purchase tickets for spectators.
Each ticket is sold separately, as each player only is allotted 1 spectator.
Tickets are non-transferrable.
Each person with a ticket will receive a wristband for in/out privileges. 
Parking is free.
