Format and Information

We plan on running 2 waves of 3 or 4 team pools. 
Currently, the venue allows 20 spectators per team.

- 8am start time: 18U, 16U, 14U & 3pm start time: 15U & 13U
- Teams can arrive no sooner than 30 minutes prior to match start time.
- Spectators can arrive no sooner than 15 minutes prior to match start time. 

 

Acceptance & Hotel Information

Acceptance Policy/Criteria: Teams will be accepted as payment is received as space allows. Registration DOES NOT guarantee acceptance to the tournament.

Housing information will be given to PAID and ACCEPTED teams only. This is a STAY TO PLAY venue.  We recommend teams make their hotel reservations as early as possible.

 

Ticket Sales

- Each team will be provided a code on Monday or Tuesday for 20 tickets per team.
- Each team will be able to roster no more than 2 staff members and 15 players.
   (A staff member is a rostered member registered with USAV/OVR)
- Covid coordinators are not required for this event.
- Tickets and Merchandise will be available for presale using the link and code coming soon.
- Tickets will cost $15 for ages 2+, and be admittance for the entire weekend.
- Children that are "lap children" are discouraged, as strollers and carriers take up additional room and lend to perceived crowding; however, children under two will not need a ticket.
- Tickets will be sold at the door for those not purchased online; however, once the maximum number of spectators has been met, sales will be shut down.
- Each wave will have wristbands to separate the day, as well as a color to represent North or South venue/entrance. 

 

Venue Restrictions
- Bleachers are provided, no outside chairs allowed. (Bleacher cushions are permitted).
- Concessions are provided on both sides of the venue, no outside food/drink/coolers allowed.

COVID PROTOCOLS

 

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms prior to your arrival, PLEASE STAY HOME:

 

·         Fever or chills

·         Cough

·         Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

·         Fatigue

·         Muscle or body aches

·         Headache

·         New loss of taste or smell

·         Sore throat

·         Congestion or runny nose

·         Nausea or vomiting

·         Diarrhea

 

 If you have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please adhere to recommended guidelines for quarantining. 

 

- All members are to observe social distancing of 6 feet and mask mandates.
- Sanitizer stations will be at the tables for teams; however, it is suggested to bring your own as well.

- Electronic whistles are recommended

- We will observe the 10pm curfew

- The venue will be split into North and South. Movement between will be prohibited.

- Each spectator and team member will receive wristbands for venue access.

10.12 Team withdraws due to Covid 19 restrictions.

Tournament or Site - REQUIRED CANCELLATION

All team entry fees, in FULL, are required to be returned within 10

days.

Team Cancellations: When a TEAM must withdraw from an event due to

required quarantine/cancellation, the following policy will be

enforced.

NO REFUND of event entry fee will be required of the event host. Every

effort must be made of the event host to replace the team withdrawing

and refund of entry fee made possible.

A PARTIAL REFUND may result from this effort. Many Tournament Directors

have made a “reduced entry fee proposal” to entice a late entry. The

difference in cost must be returned to the withdrawn team.
