February 27 Tournament Pools and Information

 

Update January 13, 2021: 

The mitigation orders listed below are in effect in Pennsylvania currently (as of 1/13/21).

 

• Masks are mandatory in Pennsylvania, and are required to be worn indoors and outdoors anytime you are outside of your home. This includes everyone who participates in sport activities, including coaches, athletes and spectators unless they fall under an exception in Section 3 of the Order.
• Event capacity is to be limited based on the facility’s established occupancy limit. For indoor events, the allowable indoor rate is 10% of occupancy (where max occupancy is 0-2,000). Therefore at this time no spectators will be permitted. This could change if the number of teams attending decreases. 
• Travelers entering Pennsylvania from other states must have a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to entering the Commonwealth, or quarantine for 10 days prior to arrival. If your team arrives for my tournament you are acknowledging that you have followed the protocols in place. 

 

After January 23 OVR COVID Cancelation Policy:

1. When the tournament site has a required cancelation all team entry fees will be returned, in full within 10 days.

2. When a team must withdraw from an event due to required quarantine/cancelation/travel restrictions, the following policy will be enforced:

• NO REFUND of event entry fee will be required of the event host. Every effort must be made to replace the team withdrawing and refund of entry fee made possible. 
• A PARTIAL REFUND may result from this effort. A "reduced entry fee proposal" can be used to entice a late entry. The difference in cost will be returned to the withdrawn team.
