Team rosters: Will be downloaded from the OVR website on Wednesday the week of the tournament. 

 

Facility doors open at 7:30am for spectators.  Spectator admission is $5.  Team facility entry times are as follows;

6:45-7:00am  -all 11's teams check in, 7-7:15  -all 13's teams check in.  Team check in means players, coaches, and other staff who are listed on roster only.

Coaches/Officials meeting at 7:30am.  Play begin at 8:00am.

Team camping space is available upstairs.  Please look for your assigned spot in the lobby when entering. Please

clean up your campsite before leaving.

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool play. Tournament bracket will be set and begin immediately following pool play.  First place teams in Gold will receive awards.

Work teams must provide their own pens/pencils for scorekeeping

 

3.3 Admission Fees

The OVR will permit tournament directors to charge an admission fee.  The maximum admission fee for a regular season tournament is $5 for any individual 19 years or older.  Tournaments held in larg arenas or convention centers may have higher admission fees and requirements.

FACILITY INFORMATION:

**ONLY 5 PARENT SPECTATORS PER TEAM WILL BE ALLOWED**  These parent names should be emailed to the tournament director by Wednedsay the week of the tournament.

Social distancing and face coverings are REQUIRED by everyone in the facility.  Players are required to wear face coverings on the sidelines during matches.

No bleacher seating available this season. Spectators must bring their own chairs. Spectators are only allowed to be courtside while their team is on the court playing. 

Outside food and small lunchbag coolers are allowed.  All other coolers are not permitted in the building due to limited space but may be left outside.  There will be a small concession available offering hot and cold items.  Water coolers will be available in the concession area for teams to refill water bottles.

 

If Huron County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament

will be canceled.  For any reason the tournament is canceled, a

notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club

directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted.
