Sports Express is located on State Route 741 (Kings Mills Road) in Mason.

• Heading north on I-71 from Cincinnati, take Exit 25 (Kings Mills Road). Turn left off the exit and go 4 stop lights. (about 0.8 mile) Make a right into the Shoppes of Mason. Sports Express is located in the big grey building that sits behind Blockbuster Video.

• From I-75 heading south from Dayton, take the Monroe exit 29 (St. Rt. 63). Turn left off the exit and head east for 3 miles. Turn right on St Rt 741 and go south for 5.5 miles. You will come to a large intersection with Kroger's on your left. Make a left in front of Kroger's and then make another left at the first light. This is the entrance to the Shoppes of Mason. Drive straight back, Sports Express sits behind Blockbuster Video.

Team rosters: Will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. 

 

 

Doors open:     7:30am

Coaches/Officials meeting: 8:00am  

Play begins: 8:30am

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool

play.  Tournament bracket will be set and begin immediately following pool play.

1st and 2nd place teams in Gold will receive awards.

 

 

FACILITY INFORMATION with COVID Guidelines:

Pools can be found on the www.ovr.org under Juniors ~
tournament schedule.   We will follow the Ohio Valley Region’s
tournament guidelines for pool play and bracket play.

1. Coaches are required to read and sign the "Coaches Pre Tournament
Requirements" prior to check in as well as complete all online covid waivers. These forms can be found on our

2. Sports Express will allow all rostered athletes.  Coaches will receive 4 wristbands for themselves.  If they have 1 coach they are able to give the remaining 3 wristbands to parent chaperones, helpers, etc. 

3. Coaches will need to arrive at check in time. Checkin requirements will be needed.  Those requirement are listed on our website dashboard. URL provided above. Temps will be taken of those entering building. Tournament
staff will be collecting team waivers and a copy of your official
roster. Please plan to arrive during designated arrival times (listed
on the dashboard) according to your pool play schedule. 

3. Full facial coverings are required to enter the building. 

4. Head official for this tournament will be
onsite at the start of the tournament and throughout the day.

5. Please be sure to read ALL protocols on the tournament protocols
dashboard(see link above) as we all need to do our part to let the
athletes HAVE A SEASON.

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations- a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior

to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.  A team canceling

does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found.  A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

 

If Warren County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament

will be canceled.  For any reason the tournament is canceled, a

notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club

directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone,

email) as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3

days of the cancellation.
