I am working with the Dalton Local Schools board office on getting checks out to the Club directors. It is a process and does not help that the school staff are working from home during this time. They are working on it as week speak. I suspect checks will be mailed by April 3rd but not for sure.

Thank you in your interest in our tournament. $225 team entry fee please make checks payable to Dalton High School Attn: Volleyball. They can be mailed to Ryan Pearson P.O. Box 392, Dalton, Ohio 44618. Also please include team name & ID number, team contact name, email address, phone number and coaches name. 

The doors of the high school will be unlocked at 7:00 AM. A coaches meeting  will begin at 7:30 AM & play beginning at 8:00 AM. Please be sure to be up to date on your IMPACT certification. Team camps will be located in the school cafeteria. We also will have a concession stand with healthy options available. No outside food or coolers will be permitted in the building. Bleacher seating is provided. No camping chairs will be permitted. 

This is a 12 team tournament and we will be following the standard USAV format. Awards to the Gold bracket winner and runner up. 

Each non deciding set will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2 point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15 points with a minimum 2 point advantage (no scoring cap). Change side when a team earns 8 points.

Team/tournament cancellation: Per OVR tournament regulations, section 4.6 a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling does not forfeit its full entry if a replacement team is found. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. 

Finally, if Wayne County is under a level 3 snow emergency, the tournament will be canceled. Club coaches and assigned officials will be contacted by phone/email of the cancellation and entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.
