Welcome to another great year of Tribe VBC Volleyball Tourneys!

All checks should be postmarked no later than January 15, 2020 and should include each teams FJ code and a team contact.
This is a 12 team tournament and will be following the standard WSAV format https://www.ovr.org/juniors/tournament_packet/JTP_Tournament_Format_12.pdf
Doors will open at 7:30 AM
Coaches Meeting will take place in between courts 1&2 in the main gym at 8:00 AM
Play begins promptly at 8:30 AM
Just a few guidelines to go over with your teams…
- · Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed. All violators will be asked to leave and the club will be reported to OVR. A concession stand will healthy options will be available all day.
- · You will need your own volleyballs for warm-ups.
- · Camping can take place in the hallway between the two gyms.
- · There is ample bleacher seating in both gyms therefore chairs are not permitted. If you need handicap seating in the main gym, please let us know and we will happily make accommodations for you.
Awards: The winner and runner-up in the Gold bracket will receive medals.
Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, we will follow OVR’s cancellation guidelines. Coaches and directors will be notified via email and a phone call will be placed.
