With the approach of each new season, our mailings to club directors, officials, and team reps uncover a number of e-mail addresses that are no longer in service. Those are logged to prevent subsequent bounces and to help with obtaining replacement addresses. If you are a professional official, club director, team rep, coach, or have otherwise provided your e-mail address to the Ohio Valley Region and if you have changed your e-mail address, please verify that we have your address. It will come up as a link wherever your name appears on ovr.org, and you can also look it up at www.ovr.org/dir/member.php. A list of all addresses logged as no longer in service is available at www.ovr.org/distributions/invalid_address.php. (That list does not include over-quota accounts, which we assume will be resolved by their recipients.)

Please emaill stephanie@mintonettesports.com to reserve your space. Starting 12/1/2019, spaces will only be held once OVR team codes and payment as been received. After 1/1/2020, cancellations will only be refunded should your space be filled.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Doors open at 8:00am, play will begin promptly at 9:00am.
There is a mandatory coaches & officials meeting at 8:30am.
PARKING
There is NO PARKING IN THE GRASS. Any car parked in the grass
will be towed without warning at the owner's expense. Please use
the CVC parking spaces, or park in the lot parking lot directly
East of the facility. Thank you.
CONCESSIONS
A Concession Stand will be provided at the CVC, and all outside
food and beverage is prohibited.
Coolers are NOT ALLOWED inside or outside of the CVC. Setting up
tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans,
coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. If
seen, these items will be confiscated.
SEATING
Parents and spectators are permitted to bring their own chairs and
set up on Court 3 (behind Ct 1 and Ct 2 where matches will be
held) behind the designated markings. There is some seating
provided.
PLAY SCHEDULE
We will follow the OVR pool play schedule for 4 team pools or 3 team pools.
1st matches will be seed 1 v seed 3, with seed 2 officiating.
