Unfortunately, I just received word that I need to cancel the JO tournaments being held at Case Western Reserve University this weekend due to the university moving to remote delivery of education due to the COVID-19 virus. The campus is being shut down for any meetings or groups over 25 people until April 20th.

As we are only able to use the facility for tournaments the two weekends surrounding spring break, there is no chance of rescheduling these tournaments. Please keep us in mind for next year.

Pool Play, work assignments and playoffs will be administered according to the OVR tournament guidelines. Prizes awarded to 1st place team in each age division and 2nd place in 16R. The playing facility (Emerson/Veale) is located on Adelbert Road. Once on Euclid Avenue, Adelbert is between Cornell(east) and Chester(west) and directly across from Severence Hall. Once on Adelbert the parking garage is just past Adelbert Gym/One to One on the right and Rainbow Babies Hospital on the left. Parking is available in the Veale Center Garage next to the gym. Unfortunately, there is a fee. As you enter Emerson Gym you will be directed to either the left, (Veale) or to the right, (Horsburgh) 16s will be playing in Veale, 17s will be playing in Horsburgh. Look for the signs as you enter. There will be plenty of space for camping around the indoor track in Veale. Although bleachers will be out in Veale, parents are encouraged to bring chairs for additional seating in Horsburgh. There will be a great concession available. Nachos, pizza, hotdogs, pretzels, and much more all benefiting the Case Volleyball Team. Please show your support and appreciation. This is a great facility and we enjoy having the opportunity to use the space to run local tournaments, so please help us pick up after the kids and parents to ensure that the facility will be available in the future. Please check back to this page for updates on any possible Weather cancellations as we get closer to the tournament.
