USA Volleyball is working in cooperation with the Ohio Boys Scholastic Volleyball Coaches Association to present a half-day workshop for high school, club, and college coaches of men’s and women’s teams.
The clinic is titled “VOLLEYBALL: THE STATE OF THE GAME, an examination of recent innovations and techniques by two of the sport’s leading authorities.” Its featured speakers are Volleyball USA CEO and former Olympic Men’s Team Coach, Doug Beal and Head Coach of The Ohio State University Men’s Volleyball Team, Pete Hanson.
The date of this event is Saturday, March 11, 2006. The location is Thomas Worthington High School in suburban Columbus, Ohio. The address is 300 W. Granville Rd., Worthington, Ohio 43085. Registration begins at 12:15 PM; sessions begin at 1:00. The clinic concludes with a reception for attending coaches starting at 5:00 PM.
Admission to this event is free, but advance registration is strongly encouraged to ensure seating.
