Directions

From I70 East or West to SR 79 North. Turn Right on Dorsey Mill (Bob Evans) turn left onto 30th street and take the first right onto Licking View Drive. Then you must actually turn right on to Licking View Drive again. The high school is on the left behind the middle school. From SR 16 East or West. Take the SR79 South Ramp off of 16. Turn Left at Hopewell Dr (Mathew's Ford and Wendys) go about 1 mile past AEP turn right onto Licking View Dr. (go a mile and a half) The high school is on the right BEHIND the middle school.

Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified. 

Tournament site info: 

The doors of the playing site will open at 7:30 AM. There will be a coaches' meeting at 8:00 AM at the playing site which will take place prior to the start of pool play. Warm-ups are at 8:15 am. The tournament pool play starts at 8:30 AM sharp.  A full concession stand with reasonable prices will be provided at the tournament site with hot and healthy food choices.  All proceeds from concessions will benefit the high school volleyball program.  Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events.

Bleacher seating only, there will be no chairs permitted at the schools request. 

Pool Format:

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap). The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap). All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Serve Receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one minute. Awards will be awarded to first place and second place teams in Gold only.
