Thank you for your interest in our 2020 tournaments at Parkway High School. Tournament start time will be 8:30 am, doors to the facility will automatically open at 7:30 am, no earlier. We will hold a coaches meeting around 8:00 am near the concession stand area. Coaches please check in and sign roster once you enter the High School entrance.

Tournament Schedule: Courts 1-3 will be held in our HS gym, Court 4 will be in the JH gym. Pool play and bracket play will follow standard OVR procedures. Tournament rules, playing schedules, and tournament brackets will be posted by the men's restroom in the HS commons area. Schedules and brackets will clearly show the court your team will be playing on for the day/round of tournament. T-Shirts will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Gold bracket only.

Seating: NO LAWN CHAIRS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SCHOOL. Courts 1 and 3 will have limited bleacher seating in our HS gym. Court 4 has a full set of bleachers. Courts 1, 2, and 3 will have chairs provided by the school but must stay on the designated mat to protect the gym floor. We ask that if your daughter is not playing to please sit in the commons area so that teams are playing can have parents watch.

Concessions: A full service concession stand will be provided. NO coolers are allowed in our facility per OVR guidelines and you will be asked to remove them if this is a problem. We also ask that no outside food is brought into the facility.

Camp Areas: All camp areas need to remain in the HS Commons areas. There is absolutely NO ball handling allowed outside the gymnasiums. No camping is allowed down by the JH gym. We will require that teams that do not follow guidelines move camps to appropriate areas.

Please remind your teams that adults who are out of line with players/coaches/officials/tournament directors will not be tolerated and will be required to leave the facility if the tournament director/head official feel that those actions are necessary.
