NEO Sports Plant is Located in the Northwest Corner (Back Left if facing) of the HGR Building. If you are coming from 90 and coming up 185th you can turn right on Roseland (just over the railroad tracks) and take it straight to the back of the building. 

 

Doors Open at 7:00, Coaches meeting will be held at 7:45 on court 1. 

 

Team rosters: Will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool

play.  

 

Tournament bracket will be set and begin immediately following pool play.

1st and 2nd place teams in Gold will receive Prizes.

 

 

FACILITY INFORMATION:

Some bleacher seating is provided so you do not have to bring chairs. Camping space is available in our side gym (to the left after you walk through our lobby) for teams. Coolers are not permitted in building. NEO Sport Plant does have a full concession menu up front and restaurant in the back by the sand courts.  

 

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations- a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior

to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.  We will refund the entry fee if a replacement team is found.  A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

 

If Northeast Ohio is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament

will be canceled.  For any reason the tournament is canceled, a

notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club

directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone,

email) as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3

days of the cancellation.
