State of Ohio law requires all coaches and administrators of juniors sports teams to have concussion certifications.

Non-OVR teams need to submit a tournament entry form with their entry fee checks.

Doors open at 7:30 am each day.  Coaches' meeting is at 8:00 am  (sign in sheets will be at the concession stand in the Haas)

Play begins at 8:30 am

Bleacher seating is provided  (You can bring chairs to the track of the new school if you wish)

Volleyballs/Carts are NOT provided

We will have a camping area for players 

Outside food is not permitted into the facility.  

We will be hosting a concession stand in the Haas Gym.

Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.



15's will be played in the New School Main Gym

14's will be played in the Haas Gym

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Serve Receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one minute.
