Please have your players wear a shirt with a number on it. This will help us with training scorers. You do not need identical uniforms.

Checks should be mailed by January 1, 2020. Checks are not deposited until the weekend of the event. If you are entering teams in multiple events, you need to send a separate check per event.

Doors open at 7:30 am each day. Coaches' meeting is at 8:00 am. Play begins at 8:30 am.

Assuming five team pools, all teams should play 4 matches.

Because this is a professional officials training site, matches will be one set to 25 points and then one set to 15 points switching courts at 8 points. This helps with training scorers on both types of sets.

Please wear a uniform with a number.

Some seating is provided. You may also bring your own folding chair.

Outside food is not allowed into the facility. Game Time Sports will be hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.
