• From Dayton:

  Northbound I-75 to exit 125 (SR. 309): at the end of the exit ramp turn west (left). Get in the right hand lane, Bellefontaine Ave (SR. 309) Follow this for approxiamtely 2 miles (you will pass Lima Memorial Hospital-on the right-then a set of RR tracks. You will come to a five point intersection. Go straight on Market Ave for about 3/4 of a mile. Turn right on Jackson St, and then right on Spartan Way.

• From Toledo:

  Southbound I-75 to exit 125B (SR 309): at the end of the exit ramp turn west (right). Get in the right hand lane, Bellefontaine Ave (SR. 309) Follow this for approxiamtely 2 miles (you will pass Lima Memorial Hospital-on the right-then a set of RR tracks. • From Columbus:

  Take 33 West to Huntsville exit SR 117. Take 117 into Lima. At the 117 and 309 intersection turn left. Get in the right hand lane, Bellefontaine Ave (SR. 309) Follow this for approxiamtely 2 miles (you will pass Lima Memorial Hospital-on the right-then a set of RR tracks. You will come to a five point intersection. Go straight on Market Ave for about 3/4 of a mile. Turn right on Jackson St, and then right on Spartan Way.

• From Fort Wayne:

  Take 30 East to SR 65 exit. Turn right(south) and go through town to North St (SR 81). Turn left(east) onto North St. You will go approximately 1 mile through an underpass and come to Jackson St. (2nd traffic light) Turn right on Jackson St, and then turn left on Spartan Way.

• From Celina:

  SR 117 eastbound: Follow SR 117 east (will change into Elm St in town) past the YMCA and VFW Post, then turn left onto Union St. (one way). Go to first traffic light and turn right on Market St. Go over RR tracks and turn left at the first traffic light, Jackson St. Then turn right on Spartan Way.

2020 Lima Senior Tournaments Entry Fee: $225 Payable to: Lima Senior Athletics Mail to: John Zell 1 Spartan Way Lima, OH 45801 Registration Requirements: Send 11-character team code, entry fee & coach's contact BY JANUARY 15, 2020. Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee. Doors Open: 8:00 am (EST) Coaches' Meeting: 8:30 am (EST) Tournament Start Time: 9:00 am (EST) Concessions: Many great options are available on-site. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the building. Spectator Seating: Bleacher seating is available on court 1,3,and 4 and limited floor space is available for outside chairs. Pool Play Schedule: 1 vs 3 (2) 2 vs 4 (1) 1 vs 4 (3) 2 vs 3 (1) 3 vs 4 (2) 1 vs 2 (4) Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place silver and fourth-place teams advance to Bronze playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish so teams from the same pool will not play one another in the first round. Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winner & runner-up. Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Allen County issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.
