• From the North
  Take I-71 South to 17th Avenue/Exit 111. Signs and parking attendants will direct guests to the proper parking areas. For large Expo Events located on the south portion of the grounds, parking may also be accessible from 11th Avenue/Exit 110. This is determined on an event-by-event basis.

• From the South
  Take I-71 North to 17th Avenue/Exit 111. Signs and parking attendants will direct guests to the proper parking areas. For large Expo Events located on the south portion of the grounds, parking may also be accessible from 11th Avenue/Exit 110. This is determined on an event-by-event basis.

• From the West
  Take I-70 East to I-71 North. Take I-71 North to 17th Avenue/Exit 111. Signs and parking attendants will direct guests to the proper parking areas. Boys WinterFest Tournament:

Parking is $5 for a single entry and exit.  If you plan on coming
and going several times, you can ask about a $14 Multi-day pass.

This event will be played in the Voinovich Center at the Ohio Expo
Center.  Here is a map of the Ohio
Expo Center.  The Voinovich Center is in the bottom left area
of the map.  Here is what it looks like from the  outside.


NOTICE:  The 18s and 14s divisions will be playing 5 team pools
with two sets to 25 points instead 
of best of three set matches.  This will enable us to add three
teams in the 18s and two teams in the 
14s from their respective waiting lists.

The entry fee is $375 US per team. Please write your entry fee
check payable to "OVR" and mail to:

Checks should be mailed by January 1, 2017. Checks are not
deposited until the weekend of the event. If you are entering
teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check
per event.

Doors open at 7:00 am each day.
Play begins at 8:00 am on Saturday
and 8:00 am on Sunday.

There is a State of Ohio law that requires all coaches and
administrators of juniors sports teams to have concussion
certifications.  Here is a link to the NFHS course in  Concussion

Non-OVR teams need to submit a tournament
entry form with their entry fee checks.

Assuming 4-team pools, all teams should play 4 matches on
Saturday and at least 3 but as many as 5 on Sunday, depending on
how far into the elimination bracket they advance.

Some seating is provided. Please bring your own folding chair
just in case.

Outside food is not allowed in the facility. Coolers must be
left in vehicles.

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates.
