Tournament Information

Entry fee is $175.00

Doors Open at 8:00 am.  Coaches Meeting will be at 8:30 am.
Play beginsa at 9:00 am.  You can park in the school loats.

There are bleacher seating in the gym.  No chairs are needed, but
would recommend bleacher seats.

Camp area will be within the commons area of the high school.

No collers or outside food are permitted intot he facility.

Awards will be given to the winner of the gold bracket only.

All coaches and club directors will be notified the night before
the tournament of any pending bad weather.  If Kanawha County, WV
is under a Storm Warning - Do not travel, the tournament will be
canceled, and a notice will be displayed on the OVR junior
tournament list.

Club directors, coaches and officials wil be contacted,
(phone/email) as soon as possible.  Entry feew will be returned
following the cancellation.

Team/Tournamnet Cancellation Policy:  Per OVR regulations, a team
cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tuoranment date, will forfeit the entry fee.

A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its
full entry fee if a repalcement is found.  A team canceling from
this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its
entry fee.
