Tournament Information

Welcome to the Parkersburg High School Fieldhouse.  Home of the
Big Reds.  Three courts are available for use.  Two in the main
gym and one in the Jack Stephens gym.

Entry fee is $175.00

Deadline for entry fee January 15, 2012.

Facility opens at 8:00 AM.

Coaches meeting in the mezzazine at 8:30 AM.

Pool play begins at 9:00 AM.

OVR procedures are strictly followed for pool play, play-offs, and
officiating.

Seating is plentiful in both gyms.  Chairs are not allowed on any
gym floor surface.

Medals are awarded to the tournament champion.

A full concession area will be available with warm food and
healthy options for the athletes.  Seating will be available in
the concession area.

Per OVR guidelines, no coolers or outside food is allowed in the
Parkersburg High School facility.

Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff,
fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR events.

Tournament directors and site managers do not have the
discretion/authority to waive the above OVR guidelines.

If their is an issue with the above policy, an Incident Report
will be directed to the OVR Commissioner, Robert Price.

Resulting in up tp a $250.00 fine and a team/club suspension.


Team/Tournament Cancellation:  Per OVR guidelines:

*A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit their entry fee.

*A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its
full entry fee if a replacement is found.

*A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee.


If Wood County is under a Level 3 Snow Emergency, the tournament
will be canceled.  For any reason if the tournament is canceled, a
notice will be displayed on the OVR Junior Tournament Listing.

Club Directors and/or Coaches and Officials will be contacted via
(Telephone, E-mail, and Text).  This will be done as quickly as
possible to avoid any undo hardships on visiting teams.

Entry fees will be returned within three days of tournament
cancellation.
