Tournament Information

Welcome to Parkersburg South High School. We have three 
Courts available. Two in one gym with separate nets and one in
another gym. All three gyms are connected by inside hallways.

Doors Open at 8 AM
Coaches Meet on court 1 in the double court area at 8:30 AM
Play begins at 9 AM
OVR procedures are followed for pool play, playoffs, and
Officiating.

Seating is available for both gyms via bleachers. No chairs
allowed on gym floors.

Medals will be awarded for the tournament champion.

Concessions sell Hot & Cold Food and drinks. 

Please do not bring coolers or food into the gyms.  Concessions
are a fundraiser for South VB Boosters. Thanks for your support!

OVR rules.
Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting
OVR-sanctioned events.
Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff,
fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR sanctioned events.
Tournament directors and site managers do not have the discretion
to grant permission to the above rules. If a club does not comply
amicably with a tournament director’s or site director’s request,
an Incident Report will be sent to Bob Price, OVR Commissioner,
resulting in up to a $250 fine and a team/club suspension.

Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations:
*A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.
*A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit 
its full entry fee if a replacement is found. 
*A team cancelling from this tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee. 

If Wood County is under a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will
be canceled. For any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice
will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list. Club
directors
and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as
soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned within 3 days of the
cancellation.
