Tournament Information

Entry fee is $175 per team.  Please write your entry fee check
payable to:  Club Gold North

Checks must be recieved by January 15, 2012 to hold a team's
entry.  Checks will not be cashed until 2 weeks before the event.

Teams that have not submitted a check will lose their place.  The
team's entry will be removed and openings filled on a first come
/first served basis.  Any cancellations will be handled following
the OVR protocol.    

Doors open at 8 am. Coaches' meeting is at 8:30 am. Play begins
at 9:00 am.

Camping space is available.  Bleachers are provided on
courts 1&2.  Bring your own folding chairs for court 3.

No coolers are allowed into the facility.  A coffee shop and hot
food items 
are available in the JC Williams center right next door and at
Heavenly Grounds at the campus entrance. Fast food resturants
are within 2 miles of site.

Jazzman's coffee shop is on campus and will be open from 8:00 to
5:00 pm and our
Pub (lunch and breakfast) from 10:00 to 5:00 pm.

Awards given to the 2 teams in the Gold bracket finals.

If severe weather is expected, we will cancel the tournament if
our area is under a Level 3 Emergency by 8:00 pm the previous
night.
