Tournament Information

1.	The address of the tournament is 428 Eleanor Drive, New Castle, PA 16105.

2.	If you need help with directions please call 724-658-9211 between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm Monday through 
        Saturday.
  
3.	Our facility will be open at 8:00 am, no sooner!
  
4.	Coaches meeting will begin at 8:30 am.
 
5.	The first match’s will begin 9:00 AM SHARP!!!

6.      Please visit the OVR website (www.ovr.org) and read through the Junior Tournaments Packet 
        (http://www.ovr.org/juniors/tournament_packet/index.php) for pool play, playoffs, and referee procedures prior 
        to attending this tournament.
  
7.	Concessions and vending machines WILL NOT be available.
 
8.	The winning team will receive tournament champion t-shirts.
    
9.	Be RESPECTFUL to our facility.  We will document any damage and report it to OVR officials.

10.	Any non-OVR registered teams MUST bring a signed roster.

11.     The New Castle YMCA will only cancel tournaments due to inclement weather or if there are less than 4 teams  
        registered. Coaches are encouraged to submit a phone number they want called in the event of 
        cancellation or tournament chnages.  The OVR tournament schedule will be updated immediately in the event of a 
        cancellation.
