Directions

• From Cleveland: Take US-422 to N. Leavitt Rd. Turn right onto N. Leavitt. School complex is about ¼ mile on the right.

• From East (OH-82): Take OH-82 West to Parkman Rd. exit. Turn left onto Parkman Rd (US-422). Turn right onto N. Leavitt. School complex is about ¼ mile on the right.

• From South (OH-11): Take OH-11 North to OH-82 West to Parkman Rd. exit. Turn left onto Parkman Rd (US-422). Turn right onto N. Leavitt. School complex is about ¼ mile on the right.

• From North (OH-11): Take OH-11 South to OH-82 West to Parkman Rd. exit. Turn left onto Parkman Rd (US-422). Turn right onto N. Leavitt. School complex is about ¼ mile on the right.

• From West (OH 5): Take OH-5 East to West Market street exit. Ramp will curve to the right onto West Market. Turn left onto N. Leavitt Rd. The school will be about 1 mile on the left.

Doors open at 7 am. Coaches meeting will be at 7:30am, in the main gym.
Play begins at 8:00am.

There is bleacher seating in both gyms. There will be NO CHAIRS allowed
in the gym. The cafeteria has assigned camping areas set up. Please clean up after your team. 

A full concession stand with hot food is available (breakfast food as well!)
Per OVR regulations, NO COOLERS or outside food are permitted into the facility. 
  
Awards will be given to the winner of the gold bracket only. 

All coaches and club directors will be notified the night before the tournament of any pending bad weather.  
If Trumbull County is under a level three warning, the tournament will be cancelled.  
For any reason the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the OVR Junior Tournament list.  
Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned following cancellation. 


Team/Tournament Cancellation:  Per OVR regulations:  A team
cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.

A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found.  
A team cancelling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.
